Meet Halle Simpson

Halle is a highly driven self-starter with a non-traditional career path.
She sold knives in college, has a Biology degree from Indiana University, and for 10 years, drove a pink Cadillac. There, her responsibilities included: recruiting talent, training hundreds of sales professionals, speaking to the masses, and coaching high performers through leadership challenges.
Now a globally recognized Professional Certified Coach, Halle helps leaders leave a hustle and grind pace to create a work and life filled with joy, balance, and growth.
For fun she enjoys journaling, yoga, watching Alaskan survival shows, and exploring around her new home in Traverse City, Michigan.

Meet Shawn Corridor
Small Business & Executive Coach
After 15 years in the publishing industry, Shawn’s desire for flexibility and autonomy led her to pursue more entrepreneurial opportunities in sales and leadership. Despite no formal training, sales came naturally because she was more focused on relationships than bottom lines. While carving a leadership path for herself for 9 years with a successful team, she quickly realized that establishing trust and making people feel valued and heard became a top priority for her.
It was years of investing in her own personal development and being the coaching “client” that Shawn discovered her passion and giftedness in partnering with individuals to tap into their own unique gifts and strengths.
Shawn’s undergrad years were split between Siena Heights and Madonna universities earning her a Bachelor’s in Communication. In addition to corporate and entrepreneurial experience, Shawn completed her formal coaching education at Coach U and ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation, governing body of coaching ethics and practice across the globe.
Married in 2003 to her high school crush, Shawn and Mike have three daughters. They love living in Michigan; enjoy skiing and snowboarding when they can’t be laying on one of Lake Michigan’s awesome beaches. She loves fresh hot donuts from cider mills, a fancy cup of coffee, watching documentaries, antiquing, and long dinners with friends to name just a few.
