Introducing LeadUp!

One of the keys to building a thriving business and cohesive team is equipping high-performing employees with essential leadership skills. Yet, leadership development often falls by the wayside—especially in small businesses and organizations with under 50 employees.


When owners and executives have a strong leadership team that’s aligned in problem-solving, communication, and commitment, the whole organization benefits enormously. And the momentum becomes tangible—in both effectiveness and culture.


That’s why I developed LeadUp (formerly Leadership Essentials Academy - which was quite a mouthful to say). It’s a 6-month cohort experience designed to develop the next generation of leaders in your business.


LeadUp combines virtual training on leadership principles with 1:1 coaching to help participants apply what they learn in real time. After launching with a client they had glowing feedback after just two months into the cohort. Participants felt valued by their employer, grew in self-awareness, and began stepping into their leadership potential with confidence.
