You don't need more effort. You need leverage.

What is leverage?

It’s a boost.

It’s a tool or method you add to your own power to get greater results than you can achieve on your own.

I’ll never forget when I helped one particular client stop spinning her wheels in pursuit of her goal. She was focused on increasing activity, but never did the tasks to make it happen. After observing this pattern I said, “I don’t think this is the right goal.”

Through coaching we explored what was happening and she realized it was actually the results from the increased activity that she wanted. Once she identified these, she released the old goal, and began focusing on the new one. Within weeks she was realizing the results she desired.

Where are you spinning your wheels?

Where do you need leverage?

The greatest points of leverage are found in your thinking, emotions, strategy and activity. But you likely can’t see them on your own.

Some examples are:

  • That activity you’re avoiding?

    • What if you could remove the mental block and start doing activity that’s needed to reach the dreams you have?

  • Avoiding certain conversations as a leader?

    • What if you knew what to say in those circumstances and felt more confident getting the results you’re looking for?

  • Have a habit that’s causing problems?

    • What if you could understand why and build a new, more helpful habit in its place?

It’s for the individual who recognizes they are not where they want to be AND they’re not getting there on their own.

They need leverage…that thing that helps them jump the gap.

If this sounds like something you could use, I’m scheduling short 30-minute coaching calls between now and the end of the year.

Yes, seriously…we can have a one-time coaching call on the house. It’s just you and me, in a safe, trusted space, accelerating your path through the challenges you face.
